Our manufacturers work hard to maintain consistent sizing, quality and accuracy across all garments. However, please note that garment sizing is nominal and may vary slightly from the measurements listed online.
A sizing variation of up to +/- 3cm is considered within the manufacturer’s standard tolerance. These small differences can occur between production batches and are common across most clothing brands.
To help ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend checking the garment size chart carefully and comparing the listed measurements with a similar item you already own before placing your order. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest selecting the next size up.
As all items are custom printed and made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds where an incorrect size has been selected.
We do our best to display garment colours as accurately as possible on our online store. However, colours shown on digital screens may vary from the actual physical garment due to differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, lighting, photography, and device displays.
Please also note that slight colour variations can occur between garment production batches, fabric types, and dye lots. This is common across the apparel industry and is outside our control.
If colour accuracy is important for your order, we strongly recommend purchasing a sample garment before placing or finalising your custom print order. This allows you to check the colour, fabric, fit, and overall appearance before production.
As all items are custom printed and made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds, or reprints due to minor colour variations between the online image and the final garment.
To minimise shrinkage and maximise the lifespan of your garments, we strongly recommend washing all items in cold water with standard detergents. Following these guidelines will help maintain the quality and durability of both the fabric and the print.
We advise against using hot water, concentrated detergents, bleach, or other additives, as these can significantly reduce the longevity of your garment and its print decoration. For detailed care instructions, click here.
