Due to the current devastating constraints of the COVID-19 Virus, we are experiencing major delays with our supply chain. As a direct result, we’re unable to provide any exact delivery times on orders placed prior to 30th of March 2020.
On behalf of our team at My Custom Tees and myself, I’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and we fully understand the implications moving forward.
We are offering full refunds on any unfulfilled orders which you can request in writing by following the below steps:
1. Please do not call our call centre as we are no longer taking calls.
2. Please do not contact us via any social media platforms, they are not monitored.
3. Email our senior customer support team directly on email@example.com
4. Include your Order Number (starting with MCT-XXXXX) in the subject line.
5. Please request whether you would like a full refund or you’re happy to wait to receive your order.
We thank you to those who have opted to support us and keep your order in production with us, we’re working hard to keep the deliveries moving forward as efficiently as possible.
